The Board of Directors of Coral Gas S.A. has the following composition:

Ioannis B. Vardinogiannis

Chairman of the Board

Born in 1962. Studied Economics at VASSAR COLLEGE. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at MOTOR OIL Hellas.

Born in 1964. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and postgraduate studies at the University of Manchester (UMIST – UK). A member of T.E.E., he joined the Shell Group in 1991 and has held various positions in Greece and abroad. He is currently the General Manager of Coral Gas S.A.

Born in 1965. He studied Business (MSc) at the University of New Haven (USA) and holds an MBA in Marketing. He has been working at MOTOR OIL Hellas since June 2022 and has 30 years of managerial experience in leading multinational companies, with deep knowledge of consumers and brands in various markets worldwide.

Born in 1974. He holds a degree from the Athens University of Economics (formerly A.S.O.E.E.), an MSc from the University of Stirling (Stirling, Scotland), and a professional title from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He has 25 years of work experience in Greece and abroad in refining and hydrocarbon exploration. He has worked at MOTOR OIL since December 1999.

Born in 1952, a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He is the Deputy Managing Director and General Manager of Commercial Operations at MOTOR OIL Hellas.

Born in 1955. He studied Economics at the University of Surrey and completed postgraduate studies in European Union Economics at the University of Sussex. He is the Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at MOTOR OIL Hellas and also serves as the financial advisor/coordinator for the Vardinogiannis Group.

Born in 1963. He graduated from Boston College (USA) and holds a postgraduate degree (MSc) from the London School of Economics (UK), specializing in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management. He has 20 years of experience in managerial positions in various sectors (banking, construction, football) of the Vardinogiannis Group. Since 2011, he has been the General Manager of Human Resources at MOTOR OIL.
